Situated in a quiet residential neighborhood only 20 minutes from Disney, 45 minutes from Orlando International Airport and 70 minutes from Sanford.

The major attractions such as Wet 'n' Wild, Sea World, Busch Gardens, Universal Studios, Kennedy Space Center, famous shopping malls and excellent golf courses are within easy reach.

1. Space for all the family. Why squeeze into hotel rooms when you can luxuriate in a whole 1500 square feet villa with your own pool and terrace with sun and fresh air?

3. Solar Heated Pool means we can offer pool heat for £25-£50 depending on season, a fraction of the normal rate
4. Complete freedom of choice and flexibilty. For example, perhaps eating breakfast in the sun by the pool or under the shaded lanai at a time you or the family group want to. A relaxing start to a busy day at the nearby parks.
5. Peace and quiet. The villa is situated in good residential neighborhood and not a crowded condominium holiday park - or surrounded by noisy hotel rooms.
6. Privacy. Your own secluded and fully screened pool area.
7. Do your own thing! When you return at the end of the day, you can perhaps read one of our novels whilst the children are in the games room or on the 'Playstation 2'. Or maybe a get together in the relaxing lounge, a swim or sitting around the pool with a cocktail or two discussing the day's thrills and spills.Then later eat at one of the many excellent value eating places or visit one of the famous dinner shows such as 'Arabian Nights', 'Dolly Parton's Stampede' or 'Medieval Nights'.
